| The Library |
Library
A 6 story building total floor area of approximately 18645.2 square meters. It is one of the biggest library in Southeast Asia. It has seating capacity for 1074 user and spacious reading area furnished with updated facilities and technology. The total number of library collection is 109.694 volumes! That a lot of books for reference! It also contains books, periodicals, serials, conference papers, reports, standards and non book material and the library focuses its collection on subjects such as engineering, computer science and information technology.
Food Outlets
At the main campus,there is a shopping arcade
selling items needed by students, a bookshop, two auto-teller machines
(ATM) as well as a number of food courts, cafeterias as well as a
floating restaurant, all of which serve local and international dishes.
Sport/Social and Recreational
There are many activities can be done here as they also provided this facilities and they are dived into many group such as Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Horseback Riding Club, Golf Court, and many more sport activities such as rowing, football, badminton and so on. They can also booking for use this facilities such as costume, musical instruments, props, sets, and room for training.

The hotel also is one of the best facilities they provided here as for convenience for people outside of campus for example, The parent of student came from far away such as for student registeration, they can rent here as it only on campus. The rate is not that high and also can be given to 4 star as it is the best hotel around here.
Laboratories
The electrical and electronics, civil
and mechanical laboratories are fully equipped to facilitate the
practical work carried out by students. In addition, there are facilities equipped with power
station and electricity distribution simulators and power system
equipment, machining and workshop facilities belonging to Institut
Latihan Sultan Ahmad Shah (ILSAS) and a high voltage laboratory
belonging to Tenaga Nasional Research and Development Sdn. Bhd. that can
be accessed by students.
Computing
As for modern technology, UNITEN also provided the IT facilities such as Computer lab, Internet services and WiFi, also notebook request as follow the term and condition.
Accomodation
Accommodation is a home-living apartment for student who is stay in UNITEN Which is consist of 4 type of apartment that is Kelompok Amanah, Kelompok Cendekiawan, Kelompok Ilmu, Kelompok Murni. The more details of accomodation can be ound below.
Transportation
Transportation is one of the most important facilities must be provided that is shuttle bus. It is easier for student to move from one place to another as this University is very big. So there is no excuses for student to walk a miles to get to their destination and its totally free of charge!. They have 2 route, Route A and Route B. Each road is different. For road A the bus services is from 7.00AM to 10.30PM and moving from ATM machine at The Loop. For Route B the bus services is from 7.00Am to 6.30PM. Also starting from The Loop. The shuttle services average around 15 min from certain time. They also have external shuttle bus services that goes to KTM Serdang and The Mines for students but have to pay RM1.50. It is cheap enough and this service have their on schedule.
Health and Medical
Health and medical services also important which they have dispensary for student who is sick. Its operating hours is from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. 8am to 1pm on Saturday and close on Sunday.
With facilities provided here on UNITEN. Life at UNITEN is much easier. The facilities is most important thing to have for people convenience.
