Accomodation

Accomodation is one of the facilities provided at UNITEN. it is a home living for student who is far away from thier hometown. It is build for convenience of UNITENS students. On-campus student apartments are available for over 3,800 students, including a small number of units for married students. The apartments provided are comfortable with well-equipped facilities such as lounges and kitchenettes for each apartment.


The apartment divided into 4 as we call it Kelompok as they divided man and women apartment. Each of them have diferent rent rate. This is the is in alphabetical order:

Kelompok Amanah -
- Only for male student can apply here.
- Consists of 6 blocks
- 2 bedroom each has 2 beds, cupboard, and study desk. The twin sharing room for one unit.
- RM200 per month as for 1 semester is RM800 for 4 month

Kelompok Cendekiawan -
- Only for male student can apply here.
- Consists of 3 blocks
- 4 bedroom each has single beds, cupboard and study desk. Single room for one unit. 
- RM280 per month as for 1 semester is RM1120 for 4 month

Kelompok Ilmu -
- Only for female student can apply here.
- Consists of 6 blocks
- 2 bedroom each has 2 beds. The twin sharing room for one unit. 
- RM200 per month as for 1 semester is RM800 for 4 month

Kelompok Murni -
- Only for female student can apply here.
- Consists of 2 blocks + 1 blocks for married students
- 4 bedroom each has single beds. Single room for one unit. 
- RM280 per month as for 1 semester is RM1120 for 4 month
- Apartment for married students consists of two-bedroom apartment with living and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, laundry area.

Each of this apartment have thier own warden. They are very responsibility and serve the best for student if they have any problem. As conclusion, UNITEN has provided the best home-living for student who cant live outside as they offer more cheaper rate with equality as a 5 star apartment.
